- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
- Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
- We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
- All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the website.
We generally deliver products within 3 to 4 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of order but shipping delays sometimes occur with our courier service, and are therefore beyond our control, possibly making it to 5 to 7 business days. In case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, ect. In case, the courier service is unable to reach your address at a suitable time, they will contact Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services and will fall between 10.30 am 6 pm Monday to Friday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/message to mobile number/communication through website with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of a request for replacement, of a product with another one, it is subject to the availability of stock of the requested product. In case a replacement product is not be available full amount will be refunder.
