Packaging of products

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

Shipping Policy

 All products ordered through Indojas website are typically shipped generally within 48-72 hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address/ message to mobile number/communication through website. If any of the communication mentioned are not received, contact Consumer care for verification.


Shipping charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and distance. The shipping and handling charges can be obtained from the website at the time of checkout in the deal process. 

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. 

  • India shipping charges – A flat Rs.99(change to our rate) charge is applied to all orders below Rs.1000,(change to our rate) while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.1000.(change to our rate). 

  • International shipping charges - A flat rate of all Rs.500(change to our rate) will be charged for all orders below Rs.5000(change to our rate) while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.5000.(change to our rate), customs charges will be applicable as prescribed.

  • We are currently not accepting orders below Rs.500(change to our rate)


Delivery policy

·         Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods  signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

·         Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order

·         We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

·         All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the website.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/message to mobile number/communication through website with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.


Replacement policy

In case of a request for replacement, of a product with another one, it is subject to the availability of stock of the requested product. In case a replacement product is not be available full amount will be refunder.


Cancellation Policy 

a) Cancellation by the company

  All transactions are strictly checked for screening fraudulent orders in order to ensure and establish a safe and secure shopping system.  In the event of detecting any fraudulent/ suspicious activity, Indojas reserves the right to cancel all present, pending and future orders of the customers without any liability. Indojas also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the events like inaccuracies in payment and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after deduction of payment from your account then, the said amount will be refunded.

Cancellations of orders placed are accepted only within 24 hrs as your orders will be processed the very next day. Your requisition for cancellation can be made by email to aaryaindojas@gmail.com. Refunds for a cancelled order will be transmitted to your bank account by RTGS or NEFT within 7 working days.  The customer will be considered fraudulent in  the following situations:


1. Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by Indojas

2. Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.

3. Misuse of another customer's phone/email.

4. Customer uses invalid email and phone no.

5. Overuse of a voucher code.

6. Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.

7. Customer returns the wrong product.

8. Customer refuses to pay for an order.

9. Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order.

b) Cancellation by the customer

Cancellation before shipment (valid for within and outside India)

If the customer wishes to cancel any of the item(s) ordered before shipment then please write to our customer support team on indoveer@gmail.com / product cancellation format in the website  or call us 9495250100 during the business hours 9am to 5 pm

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

    Cancellation post shipment :( valid for within India only)

If the customer wishes to cancel any of the item(s) ordered after shipment then please write to our customer support team on indoveer@gmail.com / product cancellation format in the website or call us on 9495250100 during the business hours 9am to 5 pm. The customer may intimate the courier service to return the product, incase the customer decides to cancel the order at the time of delivery.

 

Return Policy 

 Indojas may accept returns of its product, purchased directly from Indojas  website only on fulfilling the following conditions.

  • The products must be received by indojas within 7 days from the day of delivery;      no returns will be accepted after this time period.

  • The tags on the product should be intact and to be returned in original packing.

  • It is advised that an unedited product opening video starting from the received status may be taken. This video is to be compulsory mailed to aaryaindojas@gmail.com for accepting the returned product. ( in case the product is in a damaged condition) It is our endeavor to ensure your entire satisfaction and as means to this end, thorough quality inspection and assurance is done before we dispatch our products. In the unlikely event of your receiving a faulty or damaged product, kindly inform Aarya Agrotech by return email at info@aaryaagrotech.com along with a photograph of the damaged product within 1 day from delivery. It is our assurance that damaged product will be replaced free of cost.


Further, if you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you may, within 24 hrs, exchange the same with any other product from our catalogue which is either of the same price or of higher value than the purchased item. Kindly note however that the item purchased should be returned in perfect condition using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe arrival at Aarya Agrotech. Returns are inspected on receipt and we regret that exchange may not be possible if the same reaches us in a damaged condition or without original package. Subject to the above, you can exchange the item with a product of same or a higher value by remitting the balance amount, where required. Aarya Agrotech will not incur any cost for the return of such goods.  

Return of part of an order

 A return of item/items from an order of multiple items, can be done by initiating a return/replacement/refund   procedure in the website. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale any opened or used products.

It will take almost one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package /item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. Our customer care centre will contact you once we receive the product back from you.

Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.


Refund Policy 

 All returned products are inspected as per policy of the company and generally takes 2 days for inspection. Refund procedures are initiated within 48 Hours from the time of completion of inspection the delay of the refund payment may occur from the bank side which is beyond our control.

Refund duration

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched, the refund will be processed once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse, and the refund will be made within 14 days.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business day for the amount to reflect in your account

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse.

  • Returned without original packaging like, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies/free gifts and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

  • Serial Number is tampered with.

  • Product is used or altered

  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
